About The Webinar

This blended learning program is for managers and team members responsible for employer engagement and job development. The program covers the practical, effective strategies and skills needed to engage employers to hire all levels of job seekers, including those with employment barriers. Optimize Employer Engagement is a refreshed version of the Employment Outcomes Professional II (EOPII) course and includes more content and more interaction to deepen the learning. This interactive training includes the Optimize Employment for Everyone e-learning course, four interactive webinars, a participant learning journal and a certificate of completion.
