Job Development Learning Lab

Job Developers are constantly facing new and unexpected challenges related to their unique job seekers, employers, funders and communities. To address these challenges, Job Developers need to reflect on their practice and plan for continuous improvement. The Job Development Learning Lab is an opportunity to get off the treadmill and to think! This experiential learning event, for new and experienced Job Developers and Managers, will provide the space for open and creative conversations about all aspects of Job Development, and will reveal new perspectives and strategies. You provide the participants, room and refreshments, and Angela will design and facilitate an energizing session.
